Q: If I am currently on the AutoAlert Ford National Program, and want to remain in my current package, may I do so?
A: Yes. You may remain on the current program. We are providing the information on the updated Ford National Program with its additional flexibility and options to all U.S. Ford and Lincoln dealers. No action required if you want to remain on the current program.
Q: Is Service Lead Management (SLM) included in all packages?
A: Yes. It is a part of the software included in every package.
Q: To what extent are the direct mail pieces customizable?
A: Volume and frequency of direct mail are all customizable to the dealer. The Ford Program update includes custom campaigns, in addition to One-to-One Intelligent Marketing statements. A dealer may also choose their preferred volume of direct mail in batches of 100, as well as how often they would like for direct mail pieces to be sent.
Q: If a dealer chooses email only, what percentage of customers will be reached out to?
A: 100% of your applicable customers with valid email addresses will receive an email communication.
Q: What does AutoAlert base the recommended amount of direct mail pieces on?
A: The recommended number of mail pieces is based on store volume, as well as volume brackets provided by Ford.
Q: Will there be any adjustments to Push or Stack offers?
A: No. Push and Stack offers continue to be exclusive to the AutoAlert Ford National Program and remain unchanged.
