The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) effective January 1, 2020.
As a service provider, we strive daily to provide you with the means to leverage your customers’ data. We also respect both your customers’ wishes as well as legal obligations with regard to privacy and the use of their data.
To make this change a little easier, we’ve prepared a copy of an Addendum for your End-User License Agreement (EULA). This contains our updated service provider terms for the services we currently provide you.
