CCPA Dealer Requests

CCPA Dealer Requests

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA” or “Act”), grants California consumers with some of the following rights: (i) the right to access their personal information; (ii) the right to request deletion of their personal information; (iii) the right to say no to the sale of their information (also called “opt out”); and (iv) the right for minors to opt-in to the sale of their information.

Upon a California consumer exercising the right to request deletion of their personal information; or right to say no to sale of their information, businesses shall also direct their service providers to do the same. If AutoAlert is your service provider and you’ve received one of these two requests, please submit the following information below so that AutoAlert can complete this request.

In addition, please submit your following business information below so that AutoAlert can ensure we are, in fact, your service provider. Once AutoAlert receives all of the information required on this form, we will attempt to honor the request if no exception through the CCPA applies. Once you submit this information, you can anticipate a written response from AutoAlert with what to expect via the email address you provide below.
