AutoAlert’s Training Team Wins 2021 Stevie Award for Customer Service

KANSAS CITY, Mo., February 8, 2021 – AutoAlert’s Training Team has won the Silver 2021 Stevie Award in recognition of its innovative thinking and quick action in creating a 100% virtual onboarding and training support program for its dealer partners during the coronavirus pandemic. The announcement came at the 15th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service on January 31.

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees.

“We were already focused on enhancing our onboarding for our dealer partners and providing a 100% virtual option, but the pandemic stepped on the accelerator,” Allan Stejskal, CEO of AutoAlert, said. “I couldn’t be more proud of how this team responded, and continues to respond, in a quickly changing environment.”

AutoAlert’s program includes a 60-to-90-day onboarding process, an interactive digital playbook, and role-based training for the lifetime of the dealer’s partnership. It has already resulted in greater adoption and engagement with the platform by dealership employees.

“Consolidating previous learnings into a playbook and digitization of training programs are steps in the right direction for future business models,” the Stevie Award judges shared as feedback for AutoAlert’s Training Team.

Also in 2020, the team completed 2,433 virtual training sessions, and over 372 days’ worth of AutoAlert’s on-demand videos were watched. AutoAlert also provides proactive 360 degree dealership support including a dedicated Account Manager for the life of the partnership.

“In the toughest working environment in memory for most organizations, 2021 Stevie Award winners still found ways to innovate, grow sales, please their customers, and secure new business,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher. “The judges have recognized and rewarded this, and we join them in applauding this year’s winners for their continued success.”

Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on April 14.
