Program Description

AutoAlert, LLC (“AutoAlert,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a customer care SMS/text messaging program that allows you to receive account, appointment, service, and customer support-related text messages (“Messages”) on your mobile device.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving Messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received Messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may continue to receive Messages for a short period while we process your request. You may opt back in at any time by re-subscribing through the original opt-in method.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and functionality may vary by wireless carrier and are not guaranteed.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent status collected through this program with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder, or have the account holder’s permission, for the mobile number provided, and be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in.

Changes to This Program

AutoAlert may update or terminate the SMS program, or these Terms, at any time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and will depend on your interactions with AutoAlert, LLC and its dealer/service partners.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your specific wireless plan.
